 An encounter is underway in the search area of ​​Ganderwal in Kashmir.  The gun battle between the two sides is still going on here.  One Lashkar-e-Taiba militant is reported to have been killed in a shootout here.


Meanwhile, security forces are conducting a second operation in Pulwama, Kashmir.  The gun battle started here yesterday.  A panchayat leader was injured in the militant firing.  He was taken to hospital but could not be rescued.

 The gun battle between the security forces and the militants started on a large scale this morning.  However, security forces cordoned off the area overnight.  Another militant, including a top Jaish-e-Mohammed commander, was reported killed in the encounter today.  Kamal Bhai is the name of the top Jaish commander.  Police have information that he has been active in Pulwama since 2018.  The Kashmir zone police said the militant was originally from Pakistan.  In addition to that commander, another militant was killed in Pulwama.

 Another militant was killed in a separate encounter in Kashmir's Handwara area.  So today, a total of four militants have been killed in separate encounters in Kashmir.  One militant was also arrested alive.  He is being questioned.

Farmers were protesting against the visit of Deputy Chief Minister Keshab Maurya and Union Home Minister Ajay Mishra at a place called Kheri in Lakhimpur, Uttar Pradesh yesterday.  That's where a tragic accident happened.  Four farmers were crushed to death by the wheels of a car in Ajay Mishra's convoy.  In an instant, the whole area took on the appearance of a battlefield.

Outraged farmers set fire to a convoy vehicle.  The Uttar Pradesh government said a total of eight people have been killed so far in the incident.  Among them four were farmers and four occupants of a burning vehicle.  Eight others were injured in the incident.  All in all, the situation is still fiery.

Priyanka Gandhi Badhra, Rahul Gandhi, Mamata Banerjee, Akhilesh Yadav and others raised a storm of protest condemning the incident in Lakhimpur.  It is learned that Mamata Banerjee is sending a delegation to Kheri in Lakhimpur today with the message of staying by the side of the farmers.  

Trinamool MPs Kakli Ghosh Dostidar, Dola Sen, Pratima Mandal, Abir Ranjan Biswas and Sushmita Deb are in the delegation.  The group of five is scheduled to fly to Delhi this morning and from there to Kheri in Lakhimpur by car.

Enforcement Directorate officers filed a case in the Patiala court in Delhi after the ED office in Delhi avoided appearing.  The ED told the court that although Rujira Banerjee wanted to avoid appearing at the ED's office in Delhi, Rujira came to Delhi just the day before the appearance and also went to a beauty parlor.

 The Patiala court then informed that Rujira Banerjee would have to come to Delhi on the 12th and appear in person at the ED office and meet the ED officials.

Mamata Banerjee are expected to be present on the occasion.

Shri Modi will dedicate 347 km long Dovi-Durgapur natural gas pipeline to the nation.  Gayle has completed the Dovi-Durgapur pipeline at a cost of Tk 2,433 crore under the Prime Minister's Energy Ganga project.  During this project 1.5 million working days were created.  As a result, revival of fertilizer factory at Sindri in Jharkhand is possible.  Gas can be supplied to the Matrix Fertilizer Factory in Durgapur, various industrial companies, commercial companies and the car manufacturing industry.  This gas will be supplied to Purulia, Asansol and Durgapur in West Bengal.

The Prime Minister will also inaugurate the Bharat Petroleum Corporation's cooking gas import terminal.  The demand for cooking gas is increasing in Eastern India.  The Prime Minister called for providing eco-friendly cooking gas to every household.  Bharat Petroleum's terminal at Haldia has cost Rs 1,100 crore.  Demand for cooking gas has increased across the country since the launch of the Prime Minister's Ujjwala Yojana.  In West Bengal, where 41.4 per cent households had cooking gas connection in 2014, the figure has risen to 99.5 per cent, according to today's estimates.

The Prime Minister will inaugurate a four-lane flyover over the Ranichke railway line on National Highway 41 in Haldia.  The port of Haldia also carries goods to landlocked Nepal and Bhutan, along with eastern and northeastern India.  The construction of this flyover has cost 190 crore rupees.

On the same occasion, Shri Modi will lay the foundation stone of Catalytic Dwaxing Unit at Indian Oil Corporation's Haldia Oil Refinery.  It will cost 1019 crore.  This company can transport goods with a capacity of 270 MMTPA.  This project will be helpful in the self-reliant India campaign.  These projects will help the Prime Minister fulfill his dream of a sunrise in eastern India.  These projects will help in employment for the youth community of West Bengal.

According to the victim statement , 'she was going to Nagpur by a luxury bus, was raped twice by a  bus cleaner, and even she was physically torchered and the whole incident was narrated by wasim police to the reporters.

Earlier , during Nirbhaya rape case, when Nirbhaya was raped on moving bus in Delhi, every common people even the netizen roared and protested against it because standing in 21st century there is no safeguard for girls. The consequences and the punishment that each of the criminal has got whole country has eye witnessed. But there are some human like devil who do not care about the consequences and  they are repeating the same, they think that they can get rid of the law very easily.

Wasim's victim lodged a preliminary complaint in the Rajnangaon police station in Pune. But since the incident took place in Wasim district, the case diary has been transferred to Wasim's Malegaon police station. The officer of the police station took the matter very seriously and a FIR is been lodged against the luxury bus cleaner.

The Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has made it mandatory to implement the fastag system from January 1, 2021. This fast tag system is being made mandatory for all 'M' and 'N' class vehicles sold before December 1, 2016. ‘M’ class vehicles include at least four-wheeled vehicles and those used in passenger transport. ‘N’ class motor vehicles include four-wheeled vehicles but those that transport goods. Even such vehicles carry goods as well as passengers. Therefore, in the case of all these vehicles, it has been decided to make Fastag effective from January 1. In this context, the Ministry has clearly stated that the Central Motor Vehicle Act remains in force as before.

However, the fee for travel to the hybrid lane fee plazas on the national highways can be paid in cash till February 15 through the Fastag system. Also, in the fastag lanes of the fee plazas, the travel charges can be paid only through the fastag system.

According to the ministry, it has been decided to implement 100 percent e-toll collection system in fee plazas from January 1, 2021. This decision is in accordance with the amendment of the Central Motor Vehicle Act.
