Crisis in Afganistan is still increasing

Crisis in Afganistan is still increasing

Aaj Khabar (Bangla), Kabul, Afghanistan, 28/08/2021: The two explosions that took place at the Kabul airport last Thursday, the way the shots are being fired, is changing the calculations of different countries about Afghanistan.

The plan of various powerful countries of the world about Afghanistan was to keep an eye on the situation.  Countries like America, Russia, Britain, France, Germany, India, China were keeping a close watch on the situation in Afghanistan. But the twin blasts in Kabul last Thursday have put a strain on the powerful nations that keep an eye on Afghanistan.

The Taliban has repeatedly warned the United States to withdraw its troops from Afghanistan by August 31.  Kabul airport is still occupied by American and NATO forces.  The United States has also warned the Taliban that any harm to the Americans would not be taken lightly.  Meanwhile, a pair of suicide bombers blew themselves up at the Hamid Karzai airport in Kabul, killing and injuring hundreds of people.  Among them were 13 employees of the American service team.  The Joe Biden administration is under intense pressure to kill so many American workers, despite threats from the Taliban.  Demands for Biden's resignation and impeachment have also begun to rise in the United States.

Militant groups in India have erupted in jubilation following the rise of the Taliban in Afghanistan.  Evil forces are rising.  Not only that, India has invested crores of rupees in Afghanistan.  Everything is now in the hands of the Taliban.  All in all, the Modi government of India is also thinking.

With the covert support of the Taliban, the now-banned ISIS and al-Qaeda militant groups have also begun to increase their power.  Which is a matter of concern to the whole world.  Meanwhile, some other small groups inside Afghanistan, including the Northern Alliance, have joined the fight against the Taliban.  Only a country like Tajikistan is supporting them from outside.  The rest of the world is still silent.  Although the G7 countries have met among themselves, they have not yet been seen to play a role.  All in all, the crisis over Afghanistan is growing all over the world.
