Gujarat BJP president CR Patil said, "Three large explosions took place at the ONGC plant at around 3 am today. Then the whole plant caught fire. The fire brigade is working to put out the blaze. I have received instructions from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The fire is under control at the moment. It will be under control soon. " Earlier, a huge fire broke out at an oil refinery in Assam also, which had been raging for some time.
