But a deadly disease has engulfed the whole country. So all of the work actions have stopped. The work has stopped so the income has also stopped, meanwhile their children are growing slowly in Shakuntala's body.

Rakesh has faced great danger. There is no income, all the money in hand has been exhausted. They have had to eat insufficient foods, which was very much dangerous for the baby who was growing in Shakuntala's body. Meanwhile, the rent of the hut was not being paid. Not getting other way, Rakesh decides to return to his home in Satna. Rakesh told to his wife, "If you can get there, you can at least survive by eating something."

They were not able return back from Nasik for lock down at the whole country. The train has been closed for a long time and the bus has also stopped running. There was no solution even after telling the police personnel of the area. Just thinking about their child, they both came and stood on the road. The purpose was to walk on foot neat about 1,100 km from Nashik to Satna.
They have never walked so far together before. Still, finding no other way, they started walking. In this scorching heat, Shakuntala became seriously ill while walking. All the goods, luggage were on Rakesh's shoulders.

In this way, they stumbled a little and crossed a long way. Shakuntala, meanwhile, became so paralyzed with labor pains that she could no longer walk. He somehow replies to Rakesh that it is not possible for her to walk at all. Rakesh said with consolation, "only 150 kilometers are left, then you can reach the village home." But Shakuntala looted along the way. Rakesh wraps a sari around the tree, and Shakuntala gives birth to a baby on the side of the road near the Bijasan border. Shakuntala no longer had the ability to walk in this condition, but after resting for a couple of hours, looking at the child, they started walking again. In the end, hard work is won. After another 150 km journey, they reached their home in Satna. However, as soon as they reached Satna district, they got a car so that they could reach their village home.
